By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

This Site is operated by 0.1 Venture Builder, based in Wageningen, the Netherlands. 0.1 is an attempt engine and venture builder for moonshot ideas. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean 0.1.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All content on this Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, investment or service.

4. No Guarantee of Engagement

Submitting an attempt, application or message through the Site does not create any obligation on the part of 0.1 to respond, evaluate, support, back, build, broadcast or otherwise engage with the submission. Any future relationship between you and 0.1 will be governed by a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, code, animations and other content on the Site are owned by 0.1 or its licensors and are protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

6. Your Submissions

If you submit ideas, attempts, descriptions or other materials to 0.1 through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not breach any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. You retain ownership of your submission, but you grant 0.1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review and internally discuss it for the purpose of evaluating possible collaboration.

Do not send us information you consider confidential or proprietary unless we have agreed in writing to receive it on that basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) upload or transmit malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems; or (e) scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data in a way that disrupts the Site.
